Payment for Products purchased through the website www.treepotsies.it can be made in the following ways:

a) Payment by credit card.

In case of payment by credit card, the total amount due will be charged at the time of order transmission.

Confidential credit card data (card number, holder, expiration date, security code) are encrypted and thus transmitted to the payment manager.

It should be noted that the seller does not have access to and does not store the aforementioned data. 

The order confirmation will be sent only after the payment of the sales price has been duly credited to the bank account of the Company Poz Srl.

b) Payment with PayPal.

In case of payment with PayPal system, the user will be redirected to the paypal.com website, where he / she will pay for the Products according to the procedure provided and governed by PayPal.

The data entered on the PayPal site will be processed directly by the same and will not be transmitted or shared with the seller, who in no way stores the data of the credit card connected to the PayPal account.

The order confirmation will be sent only after the payment of the sales price has been duly credited to the bank account of the Company Poz Srl.

c) Payment by bank transfer.

Payments made by bank transfer are accepted.

It is necessary to select this payment method at the time of the conclusion of the order. The user must report the identification code of the order being processed in the reason for the payment.

In any case, the user must send by e-mail to the e-mail address info@treepotsies.it a copy of the receipt relating to the bank transfer made. The goods will be reserved in the name of the customer only after having received this copy. The order will be canceled if the Company Poz Srl does not receive the payment of the relative sales (Amount- order value) within 72 working hours from the sending of the purchase order or of the receipt relating to the bank transfer inserted and / or executed. 

The order confirmation will be sent only after the payment of the sales price has been duly credited to the bank account of the Company Poz Srl.

d) Payment by cash on delivery.

In the case of cash on delivery, an additional contribution (€ 7) will be applied to the total amount, clearly specified when choosing the payment method. Payment, to be made directly to the courier, will be made upon delivery of the products. It is possible to pay only in cash, it is not possible to pay by check. Nothing more than what is indicated in the sales contract will be due by the customer to the courier. It’s the user's obligation to be present at the moment of delivery by the courier. The latter will not be authorized to give any change, with the obligation, therefore, for the user to provide the same courier with the exact amount in cash, except for any payment by credit card.

After making 2 delivery attempts, the courier will be authorized to return the delivered product to the seller.
