The Company Poz Srl will ship the products that the user has purchased on the website to the shipping address duly provided by the customer at the time of order transmission.

Based on the place of delivery, the Company Poz Srl reserves the right to apply shipping costs, specifically indicated during the process of completion of the purchase order.

The seller declares, as of now, the following:

a) Shipping to Italy

For orders of € 99 or greater, no transport costs will be charged by Poz Srl.

For orders of less than € 99, transport costs of € 5,90 will be charged by Poz Srl.

b) Shipments outside of Italy, within the EU.

For orders of an amount equal to or greater than € 99 deriving from the Italian territory and equal to or greater than € 120 for orders deriving within the EU, there is no charge for any transport costs by Poz Srl.

For orders lower than € 99, transport costs will be charged by Poz Srl equal to:

-       Italy: 5,90 €

-       Austria - Belgium - Luxemburg - Germany and Netherlands: 12 €

-       France and Denmark: 13 €

-       Croatia - Poland – Check Republic - Slovenia - Spain - Serbia - Hungary: 15 €

-       Bulgaria - Estonia - Ireland - Latvia - Lithuania - Portugal - Romania - Slovakia - Sweden: 18 €

c) Shipments outside the EU.

In case of shipments requested for territories outside the European Union, the customer must contact the Company Poz Srl directly, by e-mail, at the following address, defining directly with the latter the feasibility and / or the execution of the non-EU sales operation, the management of all related taxes and fees and the shipping costs 


The delivery of the products will be carried out at the shipping address indicated by the customer in the order form. At the time of shipment, the user will be sent an e-mail confirming the delivery of the products to the carrier. Poz Srl undertakes to process the order in the following terms: 48/72 hours from the sending of the mail confirming the shipment of the goods. Soc. Poz Srl is not, in any case, responsible for delivery issues due to events or situations beyond its control, including cases of delays attributable to the transport service or loss of products. In case of delays, the user is requested to inform the Customer Service of Poz Srl, at the following e-mail address The courier will then be contacted to carry out the relevant verification.

The user is, as from now, informed of the fact that carrying out a verification is an uncertain and relatively long process, which the seller cannot control.

If the maximum delivery deadline of 8 (eight) working days is exceeded, the user can exercise the right of withdrawal by contacting customer service.

Starting from the exercise of the right of withdrawal, the seller will reimburse all the sums paid by the Customer (including delivery costs), according to the payment method used by the Customer, within the maximum term of 14 (fourteen) days from receipt of the notification, with the exclusion of any other compensation.

The order fullfilment may be splitted in more than one delivery. 

Therefore, in case of partial delivery, the right of withdrawal can be exercised only with reference to the part of the order that has not been delivered yet.

If during the verification the order is found, it is immediately redirected to the place of delivery indicated in the order.

If, at the end of the verification, the loss of the order is confirmed, the seller will carry out a new shipment of the Product(s) to the customer at its own expense or, in the event of definitive unavailability, will reimburse the latter the sums collected.
